Here is a selection of some of the gorgeous children , families and couples I have shot in the last couple of weeks ( between catching up, renovating the studio, shooting weddings and being mummy!) but haven't had a chance to post the sneak previews...so here is a small selection - enjoy.


A family shoot with 2 great boys , Thomas and Daniel and their newborn baby sister Lily. I was so pleased to get that shot of the boys holding her and their expressions, of tenderness and pride...very sweet.


A new addition to the beginnings scheme, the beautiful Lola Grace - check out those baby blues!

Ok so after putting in lots of sleepless nights, and really putting my head down I have finally almost caught up, yipeee! Things are still taking time due to the Christmas rush but it's all under control. As I have a busy wedding month in December with weddings, and several portraits already booked in advance I only have a few portrait slots left for 2009, so please call me asap if you would like one of those. The studio closes 20th December until January 4th.

Lots has happened in the last couple of weeks - had some lovely sessions, new floor put down in the studio, new website almost done and ready to go live in a couple of weeks or so....whew. And I can't believe Christmas is almost here! Here are a couple of pics of the new studio floor, plus I now also have a lovely chocolate brown feature wall. Just need to decide what to hang there...I am really into brown at the moment, it's officially the new black for me. It can be viewed as quite old fashioned but I think it's just beautiful as a background, if shot in a contemporary way. Right, enough from me, check out the next post I am about to do with multiple sneak previews!

if I have fallen off the edge of the earth - nope I am still here!

Due to the overwhelming amount of proofs and orders I need to get done I have decided to not post sneak previews for a couple of weeks as they are very time consuming an concentrate on getting my workload cleared. With the busy Christmas period it is important to me that customer service does not suffer, and I must admit I have been getting behind, and getting very little sleep! I still have three weddings too shoot before the year end too, so things are rather busy. Lots of exciting stuff going on in the background with the new website, literature, a new look for the studio...I don't know where to start! Rest assured I will keep you posted...

Today I had the pleasure of shooting a session for two lovely twin boys, Max & Harry. It was certainly fun trying to get them withing close proximity of each other and looking at the camera at the same time! Still we managed it and got some great shots. I love the family one - disorganized, but real...

Today I met a gorgeous little baby girl. Kiana was just adorable and although initially she cried a little, once she got used to me all was well. I love the red against her skin, the rich colors really compliment her complexion.  Mummy and daddy also did a fantastic job, and I got some lovely images from the session.
