Please note that the diary is normally booked approximately 6-12 weeks ahead. Occasionally a last minute session may become available where a newborn doesn't arrive on a date expected but there are no guarantees, and mostly short notice sessions are not available.
If you are pregnant and considering a newborn shoot please do get in touch as soon as you possibly can to avoid disappointment. Most of the images you see on the blog, and the website are of newborn babies between 4 and 10 days old. Once your baby is over 10 days old it is 50% less likely that we will be able to achieve those lovely curled up newborn images. Once the baby is over 2 weeks old it is 75% less likely that those types of images will be possible. Ideal timing is day 6/7/8/9.
Newborn sessions are priced differently to standard sessions as they usually take between 2.5-3.5 hours and more retouching work is involved. They take place at the studio.

Available only at the studio in Hampshire
Session cost £225
Standard studio and location sessions (not newborn)
At the studio £175
The session fees include my time taking and preparing the images for you to view, they do not include any digital files or prints, these are priced separately and in addition to the session fee. Session fees are payable at the time of booking your shoot, and provisional appointments cannot be held.
BEGINNINGS SCHEME
Joining fee £295 for 3 sessions spread over 24 months
The Beginnings package, is a fantastic scheme that you can join if your baby is between 3 weeks and 6 months old. You are then able to take the 3 sessions anytime before your baby reaches the age of 2, although there is no obligation for you to take all 3.
GENERAL INFO - applies to all sessions
Please note that there is a minimum order of £275 from any one session ( apart from newborn & maternity which is £325), and that the session fees are payable when you book the shoot . A great variety of bespoke products are available, please call to find out about latest exclusives.
